Employees are trained in accordance with visual aids and assembly instructions prepared for the sub-parts of the products, and the parts are assembled by educated persons.
The assembly process steps are listed in below.
1- The equipment to be used for installation is selected according to the characteristics of the part.
2- Visual aids and assembly instructions for how to use the sub-parts of the products are being prepared.
3- Employees are trained in accordance with the prepared instructions.
It is controlled according to the control instruction of the part which is assembled by the employees.
4- All of the prepared documents are evaluated once a month and graphical analyzes are created and hung on the production panels.
At Bayrak Ambalaj, wire mesh assembly, rubber valve assembly, seal assembly and torque adjusting screwdriver and plastic grid assembly are done.
