Company History

  • 1980, has started its business with carton box production and paper marketing. 

  • 1983, Cardboard parcel manufacturing started.

  • 1990 - 2002, Blow Molding cans & bottles produced for painting industry.

  • 1997, Has made first Injection process with “Thin Wall” plastic paint bucket manufacturing in Turkey.

  • 1998, Has purchased a land for new factory building.

  • 2001, Blow Molding and Injection mold designs started with using Unigraphics NX software.

  • 2002, Mold Workshop investment has been made.

  • 2003, Mold production has starded.

  • 2004, Has included in Mold Supplier List of P&G Brussels.

  • 2006, Has included in Mold Supplier List of UNILEVER EUROPE.

  • 2006, Design improvement and parts manufacturing process has completed in the project of FORD CARGO AIR DUCT.

  • 2007, FIAT MVC Air Duck design and prototype mold manufacturing for MECAPLAST.

  • 2008, Construction of the Factory building has started. Completed in February 2009.

  • 2009, Has included in supplier list of Kautex-Textron. LAND ROVER FILLER NECK project started.

  • 2010, Received 16949 Quality System Certificate.

  • 2011, Has included in supplier list of FAURECIA. In scope of X98 project, has started Air Duck production for RENAULT CLIO IV.

  • 2012, Received 14001 and 18011 Quality System Certificates.

  • 2012, Design improvement and parts manufacturing process has completed in the project of LOTUS WASHER TANK.

  • 2013, Has included FORD TIER 2 list, We started the production of Air Duct for 2016 CARGO Vehicles, Air Duct production for FIAT P356 SEDAN (FIAT AEGEA) and the project of RENAULT LFF (MEGANE SEDAN).

  • 2013, Has purchased the automative parts’ machine park of PROMENS Company. Purchased within this scope; KAUTEX (KB 15/10-S80.01), VOITH (VB 125) Blow-Molding Machine, BATTENFELD Bi-Injection Machine (BK-T 4000/1600+1000 L) 

  • 2015, Mass production has started for FORD CARGO H566 and FIAT P356 Sedan projects.

  • 2016, Mass production has started for LFF Project.

  • 2017, Mold produced for TOYOTA 290B project.

  • 2018, HAYAT Kimya 5 Lt. project has started.

  • 2018, Serial production has started for TOYOTA 290B project.

  • 2018, Mold produced for TOYOTA 405B project. With this project, the first visual auto part work in the automotive industry has been taken.
  • 2019, Mass production has started for 405B project.

  • 2019, BAYRAK AUTOMOTIVE Plastik Ürünleri Ltd. Şti has been established.

  • 2020, BayrakAutomotive became the Tier 1 supplier of LOTUS CARS  in scope of T131 project (7 References / Design improvement + Mold + CF + Cutting Fixture + Assembly Fixture).

  • 2021, In scope of LOTUS CARS I4 project, Tube Cooling Fan Ducts manufacturing has been started for Lotus Emira.

  • 2021, BayrakAUTOMOTIVE has been included in supplier list of Eissmann Group Automotive.

  • 2023, Invested in Argon Welding machine for the automotive industry.

  • 2024, In scope of K0 project, Air Ducts manufacturing has been started for Assan Hanil.

  • 2024, BayrakAUTOMOTIVE has been included in supplier list of OTOTRIM ANTOLIN. In scope of J74,V710 and V363 Air Ducts project. 

  • 2025, As of March 2025, Bayrak Ambalaj San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has started to co-operate with the Netherlands based packaging manufacturer CurTech - High Performance Plastic Packaging as the Distributor in TURKIYE.

  • 2025, In scope of K0 project, Air Ducts manufacturing has been started for OTOTRIM ANTOLIN.
